Sports Physicals
Sports physical or a pre-participation physical examination, sports physicals are usually required to register your child in a sport program. Our qualified providers will review your child’s health history, conduct a thorough exam, order tests as needed and complete the paperwork as per American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations.
